What do I put my laundry in for the first pickup?Place your laundry inside plastic bags or another container that completely closes. We never return clothes in plastic bags. We have super cute reusable laundry bags. You get your first one for FREE!

Do I need to sort the laundry?Not really. Only two things we want on the side. Stained items and items you'd like to be hang dried. You may place these in smaller bags within your laundry pickup.

Do y'all pickup in my area?We pickup in Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, Leon Valley, Alamo Ranch, Downtown, and everywhere in between! You can also type your zipcode into the system early on in the process to be certain that we cover your area.

Do I need to be home?Nope. You just make sure your bags are outside ready for pickup. Once we begin on your laundry you will receive an email with an invoice and link to pay.

Can y'all hang items?Yes! If you provide hangers we will hang things.

Do you do laundry for small businesses?YES! We wash linen for acupuncturists, salons, dog groomers, massage therapists, gyms, daycares, Airbnbs, etc. These businesses enjoy a significant discount on our services. Call 210-251-1588 to discuss!

What exactly can I send to you?Approved Items: Clothing Sheets Towels Comforters Pillows Ruggables Unapproved Items: Shoes Dry Clean Only Items

Is there a minimum?Yes! There is a $40 minimum within 1604. This covers about one and a half 13 gal plastic bags worth of laundry. It is about 20 lbs. This means that even if you send us less we will still charge you the minimum amount. There is $60 minimum outside of 1604. This covers TWO 13 gal plastic bags STUFFED with laundry. It is about 30 lbs. You could also add in comforters to help you meet the minimum. $20 Queen & $25 King

Are there any hidden fees?No. But here are possible extra charges you could see on your invoice: $15 Missed Pickup Fee if we drive to your location and no laundry is available. $10 Laundry Bag. The first one is FREE. 15% Auto Gratuity is added to any order over 50 lbs.

Is there a Fold Only option?Yes! You can send us mounds of clean clothes. We will fold and organize them to make it super easy to put away. Warning! Your clothes may be wrinkled. This option costs $1.50/lb
